A film inspired by and drawing on the archive of a former mental asylum, the Brookwood Hospital (1867-1994) in Woking, UK. Comprising images of vintage hospital equipment, patients’ case notes, photographic documents and other artefacts, it explores the changes in attitude towards people with mental health issues over the last two centuries.
